Inline with new government guidance, indoor gatherings allow people from outside your household to visit for ‘work purposes’, where reasonably necessary.

The UK Standard Industrial Classification of Economic Activities also mentions in section 86.90 that “medical massage” not performed by hospitals or by medical doctors or dentists”  “may be carried out in health clinics such as those attached to firms, schools, homes for the elderly, labour organisations and fraternal organisations and in residential health facilities other than hospitals, as well as in own consulting rooms, patients’ homes or elsewhere.”

We have adapted our business and how we deliver our at home treatments and clinic treatments to meet and exceed the current government guidelines.  We have conducted detailed and thorough risk assessments to ensure the safety of our clients, therapists and tutors. We have created new hygiene protocols to add to our existing strict cleanliness regulations that as therapists, we already adhere to.

We want you, our clients to feel as safe and nurtured as possible, within your own home and our clinic.

Information on COVID-19

The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person coughs or sneezes. The virus can also be spread by a person touching their face and the droplets being passed on to surfaces such as table top, door handles.

It is with the utmost importance we follow strict hygiene rules, to minimise risk of infection when in close contact (less than 2  metres) with another person, to help prevent the virus being transmitted.

Our services require close contact to deliver our treatments, we have devised guidelines to minimise risk wherever possible.

BOOKING A TREATMENT OR SERVICE

Please see advice and recommendations below:

A client must assess whether they are considered to be clinically vulnerable or clinically extremely vulnerable, or lives with, or has regular contact with someone who is; whether or not the client has been advised to shield, we highly advise that they do not book an appointment until the government guidelines declare that it is safe.

If the client, anyone living with the client, or anyone the client has come into contact with are experiencing any of the up to date COVID-19 symptoms of respiratory  illness (a raised temperature, a new, persistent cough or cold, or loss of, or change in sense of taste or smell, regardless of whether  you think it’s COVID-19). The client should follow government advice to self-isolate, and not book an appointment.

All clients are asked to complete a detailed COVID-19 online consultation form 48 hours before their treatment appointment. The consultation form will ask questions in relation to the client’s medical history and whether clients has any COVID-19 related symptoms.  We will also check If anyone living with the client, or anyone the client may have come into contact with, are experiencing any symptoms of the COVID-19.
