My pregnancy massage treatments

I am a certified pregnancy massage therapist, practicing pre & post natal massage since 2008. After my own pregnancy, I understand the areas that cause the most common tension and strain. My pregnancy massage treatments are relaxing time out experiences designed for each of my client’s needs.

Before treatments starts; a consultation is needed to talk through your pregnancy and any health issues or concerns you may have.  We will then together, develop the perfect treatment package, bespoke to your needs.

Through treatment I use various soothing & effective methods to help balance the body and the mind for prenatal care. Releasing massage techniques will help relieve a sore lower back, shoulders or aching legs and feet. Lymphatic drainage massage can successfully reduce (edema) water retention in arms legs and thighs easing pressure on joints and feet.

I create a tailored, nourishing massage oil, made onsite for individual skin types, helping to hydrate and nurture skin. The benefits will be felt long after the treatment has finished.

Pregnancy massage is delivered with Mum to be lying on her side, bump, head, knees & hips fully supported with pillows & cushions. Pregnancy massage is available for clients after their first trimester (12 weeks)
